This costs me $35 and few hours at any shoe repair shop in Westfield. However, I work in the area so took them to BFS. Three days later and $83 (which is nearly 2.5x more expensive than usual.) What really worries me is that no quote was provided up front, and they have lot of elderly people who come to this shop. The whole experience has left me wary about their credibility and astounded at their rates.
